According to Sahara Reporters, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) is preparing to release a 3-part investigative documentary exposing alleged atrocities and sexual crimes committed by the late Pastor Temitope Balogun Joshua, widely known as TB Joshua.

Scheduled for release on January 8, the documentary includes interviews with at least 30 former members and workers of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), shedding light on abuse, harassment, rape, manipulation, and staged miracles.

The investigation claims that SCOAN was aware of the allegations but never conducted internal investigations. The alleged sexual crimes reportedly spanned over two decades. The documentary also reveals how SCOAN concealed the truth about the collapse of one of its guesthouses in 2014. Members were shown a video suggesting that an aircraft was responsible for the collapse, while sources argue it was a structural defect.

SCOAN, based in the Ikotun-Egbe area of Lagos State, Nigeria, evolved from a local evangelical church into a multimillion-dollar institution with a global following. The church allegedly paid compensation to the families of the victims of the collapsed building, which some interpreted as "hush money."

The documentary features interviews with church workers claiming that TB Joshua personally threatened families who refused the compensation and instructed them not to speak to the media.

As the BBC's investigative documentary unfolds, it promises to provide insight into the controversial practices within SCOAN and the personal conduct of TB Joshua, challenging the public image of the late pastor.
